Terms of Service

Welcome to Chogosu. These terms are the agreement between you and Chogosu when you use the site to buy or sell prompts. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Chogosu is

Chogosu is a marketplace where creators list prompts for AI models and buyers pay to unlock the full prompt text. We host the listings and process payments. We do not write the prompts ourselves, and we are not a party to the individual sale between a buyer and a seller.

Your account

You need an account to buy or sell. Keep your login details secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country to use Chogosu.

Buying a prompt

• Each listing shows a sample of what the prompt produces before you pay. The full prompt text stays locked until your payment clears.
• When you buy a prompt, you get a personal, non-exclusive license to use it for your own projects, including commercial ones. You do not get ownership of the prompt, and you may not resell, republish, or redistribute the prompt text itself.
• Because a prompt is a digital good that is revealed the moment you buy it, sales are final. If a prompt is materially not as described, contact us and we will review it.

Selling a prompt

• You keep ownership of the prompts you list. By listing one, you grant Chogosu permission to host it, show its sample, and sell it to buyers on your behalf.
• You must have the rights to everything you list. Do not sell prompts, sample outputs, or images that you copied from someone else or that infringe another person's rights.
• Payouts run through Stripe. To get paid you must connect a Stripe account and complete its onboarding. Stripe's own terms apply to that account.
• Chogosu keeps a platform fee of 20% of each sale. The rest, minus Stripe's processing fees, is transferred to you.

What you may not do

• List or sell content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or resell the locked prompt text you have not paid for.
• Abuse, attack, or try to break the security of the site or other users.
• Misrepresent what a prompt does or what model it is for.

We may remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Payments

Payments and payouts are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in US dollars and you authorize the charge shown at checkout.

No warranty

Prompts are provided as is. AI models change over time, and a prompt that worked well yesterday may produce different results tomorrow. We do not guarantee any particular output, and we are not responsible for what you create with a prompt.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Chogosu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through Chogosu in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Chogosu after a change means you accept the new terms.
